Reset Your Password

Updated over 3 months ago

If you've forgotten your password or want to update it for security reasons, BetStrike makes it easy to reset it through a secure process. This ensures you regain access to your account quickly while maintaining high standards of protection.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Visit Betstrike.com: Go to our homepage and click "Login" in the top right corner.

  2. Click "Forgot Password": On the login page, below the password field, select the "Forgot Password" link.

  3. Enter Your Email: Provide the valid email address associated with your BetStrike account.

  4. Check Your Email: We'll send you a secure password reset link or verification code. This may take a few minutes—be sure to check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed).

  5. Follow the Instructions: Click the reset link or enter the code, then create a new strong password (include a mix of uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for added security).

  6. Confirm and Log In: Once your password is updated, return to the login page and sign in with your new credentials. You'll also need to authenticate via the code sent to your email, as per our standard login process.

What’s Next?

  • Your account is now accessible with the new password. You can resume activities like depositing funds, claiming bonuses, or playing games.

  • If you have two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled or encounter login issues, refer to our guides on 2FA Setup or Login Problems for additional support.

  • For enhanced security, consider enabling or reviewing your account's 2FA settings in your profile.

Tips

  • Use a unique password that you haven't used on other sites to protect your account.

  • If you're unable to receive the reset email, ensure your email address is up-to-date in your account settings or try resending the request.

  • Avoid sharing your password or reset link with anyone—BetStrike will never ask for your password via email or chat.

  • If the reset process fails (e.g., due to account suspension or technical issues), this may require escalation; contact support.
